English Language Centre (ELC) The ELC provides students at the University of Bath with English language support. It also provides prospective students and external clients with English language course, products and advice. One function of the ELC is the development and delivery of English language testing for healthcare professionals. To support this the ELC also provides a range of learner support products for those preparing for these tests.
