These small group tours are led by student ambassadors currently studying at Bath who will give you an insight into being a student at Bath as well as showing you around the main facilities on campus.
Tours begin at 2.15pm and last approximately 75 minutes and include a visit to the following points of interest: Students' Union, Student Services, Library, Sports Training Village.
The tour will require you to walk round the campus so comfortable footwear is advised. If you, or anyone accompanying you, has a disability or any other special needs please advise us when booking your place. This will allow us to make all the necessary arrangements to ensure your visit is as easy as possible.
Our campus tours are primarily for prospective students and therefore we advise that you only bring one or two guests with you; this will enable us to maximise the number of places available.
As the tours take place during term time, the ambassador leading your tour won’t be able to take you into individual academic departments or around the student accommodation, but there will still be plenty for you to see to help you get a feel for campus life
You can find out more about the accommodation on offer at the West Accommodation Centre, so why not plan to make this part of your visit? Find more information about accommodation services.
If you'd like to visit an academic department, please contact the relevant department a few working days before your visit to see if this may be possible. Some departments organise departmental tours for groups of applicants over the summer and during the application season so it may be worth contacting departments in order to see if you can join an existing tour.
Please note that if you apply to study here, your department may invite you to a Applicant Visit Day (UCAS Day).
We also recommend that you visit the city of Bath.
If you would prefer to visit the University at another time, please see our information on individual visits.

Campus tour cancellation policy
If we need to cancel or change your campus tour, whenever possible we will try to contact you in advance to let you know. Please supply us with a contact telephone number when booking your tour so that this is possible. Please note that on rare occasions, due to circumstances that are beyond our control, we may have to cancel tours without prior notice to visitors. On such occasions the Student Recruitment team takes no responsibility for any inconvenience caused or costs incurred to visitors. We can, however, provide a self-guided tour brochure for you to conduct a tour independently.
In the event that you are no longer available to attend a campus tour, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place/s can be made available for other visitors.
