One Day on Compressive Sensing

One Day on Compressive Sensing

Subtitle: Advances in theory, algorithms, and applications.

Compressive Sensing (CS) is a powerful mathematical theory, widely used in Engineering and Physics. Central to this theory is that sparse quantities can be reconstructed using a small number of random measurements. Since its introduction, CS has continuously expanded, and it has become of key importance in a variety of signal processing applications, including medical and astronomical imaging.
