We have a variety of accommodation available in Woodland Court. Please find below rates for available room categories:
All bedrooms come with bedding, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen. Breakfast will be served daily in the Lime Tree Restaurant. For Double and Twin rooms, it is important that we have the names of all guests staying. If you would like to book a Double or Twin room, please book the room in your name only and then email the Conferences & Events team (conferences&[email protected]) with the name of the other guest ahead of your arrival date. This online store allows you the option to book just for the conference, the thesis workshop or both. Please select the dates that suit you. Please note that the online store will close 6 weeks prior to the day of arrival, so please make your booking by no later than the 15 May 2023. Checking in Our reception is in the West Accommodation Centre, located opposite the entrance to the West Car Park. You can check into your room from 3pm. Our reception is open from 8am to 10pm. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact our friendly security team on +44 1225 385349. Checking out Make sure you check out by 10am on your departure day. You can return your keys to reception or drop them in the return box just outside. Directions Travel by car: If you are using a sat-nav, use the address: West Accommodation Centre, Polden, Quarry Road, BA2 7PS. Travel by Train or Bus: There are regular buses to university campus from the city centre. The bus stop on Campus is located at Arrivals Square. For more information, please visit First Bus webpages.
