We look forward to welcoming you to our campus here at the University of Bath for the International Conference on II-VI Semiconductors and Related Materials. Campus accommodation is available in our premium Woodland Court ensuite bedrooms. We have either Small Double ensuite rooms (4ft beds) or Standard Double (4ft 6 inch) rooms available. 

All bedrooms come with bedding, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen. Breakfast will be served daily in one of our university food outlets.

Directions:

Travel by car: If you are using a sat-nav, use the address: West Accommodation Centre, Polden, Quarry Road, BA2 7PS.

Travel by Train or Bus: There are regular buses to university campus from the city centre. The bus stop on Campus is located at Arrivals Square. For more information, please visit First Bus webpages.

Due to extensive steel and brick work repairs to Claverton Street railway bridge between June and October 2022, there may be some delays to your journey to Bath. Trains should remain unaffected by the work, however we recommend you check before you travel.

Directions to walk from Arrivals square to West Accommodation Centre (where you will need to check-in)

• Head up the stairs to the Parade (the main walkway around the centre of the campus).
• Walk the length of the Parade, passing The Library, then keep left passing 4 West (4W) café.
• Go through double doors just after 4 West (4W) café and continue straight.
• Go through second set of double doors and follow the ramp down towards West Car Park.

Free Car parking is available in the West Car Park for those who have parking permits, which can be obtained from the team at the West Accommodation Centre. 

Checking in:

Our reception is in the West Accommodation Centre, located opposite the entrance to the West Car Park. You can check into your room from 3pm. Our reception is open from 8am to 10pm. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact our friendly security team on +44 1225 385349.

Checking out:

Make sure you check out by 10am on your departure day. You can return your keys to reception or drop them in the return box just outside.
