Detailed Description
Camp: Years 8-10 Performance Camp
Date: Monday 3rd April
Time: 10am-3pm
Venue: Sports Training Village, University of Bath, Claverton Down, Bath, BA2 7AY
This camp is aimed at netballers who play for a club, school, county or regional team and are looking to take their game to new heights.
The coaching session will be led by Team Bath Superleague training partner & NPL U21 captain Lily Jones and will include:
- Technical skills in attack and defence
- Unit work in attack and defence
- Ball and movement skills
- Gameplay situations
- S&C tips and advice
