Camp: Age 10-16 Performance Camp

Date: Monday 22nd August

Time: 10am-3pm

Venue: Sports Park, Exeter University, Stocker Road, Exeter, EX4 4PY

This camp is aimed at netballers who play for a club, school, county or regional team and are looking to take their game to the next level.

Sessions will include detailed and specific:

• Technical skills in attack and defence
• Unit work in attack and defence
• Ball and movement skills
• Gameplay situations
• S&C tips and advice
