As the sizing runs small on the hoodies, we would recommend you size up when you make your order. 

Collecting your Purchase: 

Please wait for e-mail communication from the Gold Team before collecting your purchase from the Student Support Centre Helpdesk 4W. 

The Student Support Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am -5pm. 

 Returns and Exchanges: 

If any returns and exchanges are required on sizes please contact the gold team on gold-admin@bath.ac.uk.

All original orders in its original condition will need to be returned to Student Support Helpdesk 4W and collect your new item.
