Detailed Description

This is a special offer exclusive to MSc HRM Students!

We will visiting Mayden and learning how a flat structured, self managing organisation operates in reality. They believe they get the best of their staff by 'Managing the work, over managing the people'.  Self-managed teams manage themselves and every employee is able to make and challenge decisions and way things are done.
