Introduction to Education in Pharmacy

This short course introduces you to some essential learning theories, and explores assessment and feedback techniques to support teaching and learning of pharmacy staff in healthcare contexts.

Course Description

This short course offers a sample of the type of content provided by the University of Bath's main postgraduate pharmacy education unit. The content is based on our 'Supporting Education & Training in Healthcare Contexts unit (SL500164)'. Throughout this short course, you will be introduced to essential theories of learning, aimed at enhancing your ability to support learners when planning and preparing teaching. Additionally, we will explore various assessment and feedback techniques to further aid the learning process.
