This course explores Values-Based Leadership and its impact on performance, well-being, and organisational trust. In today's world, where values are highly visible and scrutinised, leaders must consistently embody and communicate their core principles. Authenticity and consistency build trust among employees, customers, and stakeholders.

This online course allows you to work at your own pace, whilst interacting with peers via an online discussion board. 

Learning Objectives

• know why values-based leadership heightens team and organisational performance.
• be able to differentiate between personal values and universal ethics.
• recognise different models of values-based leadership in particular servant leadership and authentic leadership .
• identify ways that you can improve your impact as a leader through adopting aspects of servant and/or authentic leadership
• create your own values compass that reflects the values that are most important to you.
• recognise in yourself the difference between espoused values and those that you courageously and consistently stand-for.
• know what a values-based enterprise is and understand why they differentially win with stakeholders such as customers, employees as well as others.
• know how to establish and embed values in an enterprise
• recognise the relationship between the values as lived by the leader and the culture as lived of the enterprise.

·      -   know how servant and authentic leadership can boost your impact as a leader.

·     -    build YOUR values compass to navigate challenging situations and increase followership.
