The event is designed to be of particular interest to secondary school teachers, and promises excellent opportunities for discussion, knowledge exchange, professional development and networking. This is a two-day in-person event with refreshments provided.

Please indicate if you would like to attend the post-symposium ‘pasta and charcuterie’ dinner at The Richmond Arms, Bath on Friday 27th June, 5:30pm. Spaces are limited, so please confirm as soon as possible if you wish to attend. Symposium dinner £30 Please note, no refunds can be given after registration for the symposium dinner. Registration for attendance and symposium dinner will close at 23:59 19th June 2025.

Visiting Bath: Unfortunately, the University of Bath cannot provide accommodation for this event. However, the city has a wide range of hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses which are bookable through the Booking.com website here. Bookings for accommodation at the University’s guest accommodation can be made from the 27th June here. If you would like to combine your trip to the Disciplinary Literacy Symposium with a visit to some of Bath’s many tourist attractions, the Visit Bath website here.
