Description

Welcome to the University of Bath! As part of our early welcome, we have a variety of events taking place across campus and the city centre to help you become familar with your new home! 

What does the early Welcome include and cost?

As well as a full two day programme the Welcome includes:

  • Three nights extra accommodation in your permanent University accommodation for Tuesday 17, Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 September.
  • Optional free coach travel from Heathrow direct to your accommodation on Tuesday 17 September.
  • Three evening meals including a closing dinner on the final evening.
  • Two breakfasts on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 September.
  • Bespoke tours of the campus and city.
  • Fast track document checking.
  • Information on healthcare in the UK and the opportunity to register with the Medical Centre.
  • Advice about and help with setting up UK bank accounts.
  • Social events.
  • A welcome package including hoodie (one person), lanyard and keep cup.
  • An opportunity to meet and chat to current students.
